This is a low cost programmer/project board that makes you able to program your microcontroller via the parallel or serial port of your PC and build your own micro-controller projects. The board supports most of the ATTiny DIP20 microcontrollers. It has a socket for the DIP20 Tiny microcontrollers. The board has a 5VDC voltage regulator that can deliver 1000mA. A battery pack or a wall wart can be used as a power supply for the board. The I/O ports of the micro-controller are available on two 10 pin headers. The microcontroller on the board can be programmed via the standard 10pin AVR ISP programming interface connector. You can hook up the connector to the parallel port or serial port of your PC with the parallel port or serial port programming cable(not included). With free downloadable software you can then program your device. With the reset button on the board you can reset the microcontroller. It has also a RS232 DB9 connnector for communication with a PC. This product is delivered with a normal IC socket for the microcontroller.
